Meet the Attorneys of John L. Guth, a Professional Law Corporation

Combining nearly 60 years of legal experience, John L. Guth and Penelope A. Changaris provide estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship and special needs trusts services to clients in the Yuba City and Roseville areas, as well as throughout California. John and Penny have each dedicated their practice to helping clients solve problems in these areas so that the clients can have peace of mind about their future and the future of their children and loved ones.

Both John and Penny are active in their communities and churches. John has been a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California since 1990. He has also received the highest rating (AV) by the Premier Attorney Rating Service, highest rating (AV), and is a regular speaker at the Yuba-Sutter Bar Association.
